VAH First Ever Giveaway! SOLD OUT Edition! – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: Giveaway is open to residents of [insert location, e.g., California, USA] aged 21 years or older. Employees of Valeria After Hours (VAH), their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible.

  2. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted from Sept 3th PM through Sept 4th @12 AM. Late entries will not be considered.

  3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:

    • Tag a friend in the comments

  4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. The winner will be announced on Sept 5th AM via Instagram Story and/or post.

  5. Prize: The winner will receive 1 ticket to the Tobin James End of Summer BBQ Bash – Sept 6th. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  6. Notification: The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification via direct message on Instagram. If no response is received, VAH reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
